Teaching Levi Agility

Hi everyone! Recently I’ve been teaching Levi agility. I bought a little training set and we’ve been working on putting together a mini course. He’s picked up on everything quite well, although we have struggled a bit with the weave poles! He also seems to enjoy it overall so I thought it would be fun to show our progress.

Also I have no idea why the videos lack color. I think it’s a Squarespace issue, sorry!

Day 1 (April 29, 2023)

Hand guidance through four weave poles and one jump for fun.

Day 2 (April 30, 2023)

Reducing hand guidance through 6 weave poles.

Day 3 (May 5, 2023)

Minimal hand guidance and verbal reassurance through weave poles. Added in a jump and the tunnel.

Day 4 (May 7, 2023)

Verbal reassurance and no hand guidance through weave poles.

Day 5 (May 9, 2023)

Putting the full course together! Weave poles, tunnel, and jump.
